Raiizz is your community fundraising marketplace. It is created as a simple and friendly tool to help you raise money for education and improve our kids’ learning experience.

To keep Raiizz simple, we rely on you to be fair and follow the rules of our community. Please keep in mind, you are participating in a fundraising effort. To keep expenses down and provide more support to our beneficiary organizations we are requesting you remember that there are no returns or exchanges on Raiizz.

Buyers

We encourage you to communicate with the sellers and get all the information you need before you pay for the items.

Sellers

We rely on you to be fair when posting and pricing your items. We also rely on you to deliver your amazing item on time.

General

Raiizz is an online fundraising marketplace, supporting schools and nonprofits in education. Our innovative platform promotes community-wide involvement by enabling sellers to donate all or a portion of their sales proceeds to their choice of non-profit organizations registered with Raiizz.
You can find the list of our current nonprofits on Raiizz.

There is no cost to join Raiizz, whether you are a seller, buyer, or a nonprofit organization listed as a beneficiary.

Quality pre-owned/new items may be listed, except as prohibited by Raiizz’s terms and conditions.

You can Invite others to Raiizz in the following ways:
– From within the Raiizz Marketplace (coming soon), navigate to the menu under your profile icon and click the “Invite Friends” link.
– Share marketplace.raiizz.com (coming soon)

There are three ways to invite your education nonprofit organization in the following ways: 
– From within the Raiizz Fundraising Marketplace, click on “Join as a nonprofit Organization” link in the footer to start the process.
– From within the Raiizz.com (this site), click on “Invite Your Nonprofit” to start the process
– Ask them to send an email to info@raiizz.com

 Raiizz Fundraising Marketplace offers messaging option for seller and buyer to coordinate the best way for exchanging the items and services. Raizz is a community of responsible users who are passionate about education and sustainability who are honest with one another as buyers and sellers-donors.
Raiizz relies on the community to manage their transactions and does not handle the delivery of items.

If you encounter any inappropriate listing please reporting it by:
– Clicking “More Details” link under the listing and clicking “Report this listing” at the bottom of the product page.
Inappropriate items will be subject to action pursuant to Raiizz terms and conditions.

For your security we have partnered with Stripe payment platform to handle all of the transactions on Raiizz Fundraising Marketplace. Stripe is used by millions of companies, including giants like Zoom, Google, Instacart, and Amazon.
If you are planning to sell-donate on Raiizz, and we hope that you are, you will need a Stripe account as part of your first listing. That way we can be sure to pay you and your nonprofit.
Opening a Stripe account is super simple and you do it once as a part of the process of your first listing.


Sellers-Donors

Raiizz is an online fundraising marketplace, supporting schools and nonprofits in education. Our innovative platform promotes community-wide involvement by enabling you, the seller-donor to share all or a portion of your sales proceeds with your favorite non-profit organizations that are registered with Raiizz. By posting on Raiizz you are also promoting sustainability.

Raiizz service fee is 8% for items listed on our marketplace site. This amount includes the service fee we pay Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Currently, we have set the minimum as $10, and maximum of $5000 per listing.

You can follow the following easy steps to list your item on Raiizz: 
– Register/Login at marketplace.raiizz.com (coming soon)
– Click “Sell and Donate” button on top to start your listing
– Take up to 4 pictures of your item or service
– Complete the required fields, i.e, description, price, your beneficiary nonprofit, etc.
– Click continue to proceed to Stripe to set up/connect to your Stripe account (once, only during your first listing)
– Click “List item”

You can group your item as one listing if you’d like. But you can’t sell them separately once in a group, unless you edit your listing and separate your items into individual listings.

Yes, the location for each item can be set manually or based on your location when you are posting the item/service.

The minimum percentage is set by the non-profit and must equal to or greater than 10% of the sales proceeds. You can donate up to 100% of your proceeds.

No, Raiizz is a fundraising marketplace. By listing on Raiizz you agree to donate a portion of your proceeds to a nonprofit of your choice partnering with Raiizz.

Yes, there are multiple nonprofits registered with Raiizz. If you do not see your favorite nonprofit, please invite it to register. Only one nonprofit may be designated in connection with each individual item.

Raizz offers the messaging option for seller and buyer to coordinate in the marketplace itself. Once an item is sold, the seller should coordinate with the buyer through the Raiizz messaging and arrange for delivery or pickup. Raiizz does not handle the delivery of the items. We rely on Raiizz community to manage their transaction.

You can edit or delete an item by clicking on the item and selecting “Edit Listing”

No, please add as many as you’d like.

Your sale history is available via your Stripe account dashboard. You can get to Stripe account dashboard via “Seller Account” link under your profile icon.

Proceeds donated by sellers to a nonprofit may be tax deductible. Please consult with your tax professional.

  • List quality items that you think others can use.
  • Post clear and well lit pictures
  • Add detailed description
  • Pick the correct category for your item
  • Share your listing with friends on social media
  • Keep a close watch on all your incoming messages from the potential buyers
  • Agree with the buyer on pickup/delivery terms before you finalize the sale.
  • Once your item is sold, be sure your buyer marks your item “RECEIVED” within the app so we can pay you promptly.

Our payment processing partner, Stripe, will take 1-3 days to credit your bank account. This is after your item has been marked “RECEIVED” by the buyer and their credit card has been charged.

Buyers

Raiizz is an online fundraising marketplace, supporting schools and nonprofits in the area of education. Sellers-donors are required to donate a portion of their sales proceeds to the registered nonprofits with Raiizz. Furthermore, together we will be helping to raise awareness of sustainable practices in our communities

Simply click the “More Details” link for any item you’d like and use “Contact Seller” link in its listing detail to send a message to the seller.

Raiizz accepts all major credit card issued in United States.

You can find the detail for all your purchases in “Purchased Item” link under your profile icon in the Marketplace.

Each transaction must be handled separately on Raiizz.

Raiizz is a fundraising marketplace. Therefore, there are no return or exchange. We request that you communicate with the seller-donor to ask all your questions before finalizing your purchase.
If after doing all that, you still find yourself absolutely needing to cancel a purchase, please contact the seller immediately to make sure they have not already sent your item. If they have not send it yet, then you may ask Seller NOT to deliver the item. You then must contact us so we could put the item back in marketplace.


Nonprofits

Once registered as a beneficiary with Raiizz, your nonprofit organization can raise funds through Raiizz marketplace by inviting its community to list, sell, and buy on Raiizz and share their sales proceed with the organization.

You can have your non-profit organization be part of Raiizz in the three following ways: 
– Send an email to info@raiizz.com
– From within the Raiizz marketplace , click on “Join as a nonprofit Organization” link in the footer to start the process.
– From within the Raiizz.com (this site), click on “Invite Your Nonprofit” link in the footer to start the process.

There is no cost to joining Raiizz as a nonprofit organization and becoming a registered beneficiary.

Our users can visit your organization’s site by clicking your logo in the “Partner” section of raiizz.com.

Your organization can provide an introduction and any information about its fundraising campaign in the organization profile section of the Marketplace. All the items benefiting your organization link to this information.

The funds are distributed by Stripe to your organization’s Stripe account, aa few days after the buyer confirms merchandise or service purchased has been received.
