COVID-19 has had a profound impact on our community and schools, as well as fundraising. While it remains unclear what lies ahead, we are adapting our business model to support our community of buyers, sellers and beneficiaries.
All of the items for sale on Raiizz are located in the United States, and it is up to buyer and seller to determine the safest, most comfortable means of delivery. Buyer and seller shall communicate directly regarding delivery method prior to the sale becoming final. There is no commitment between buyer and seller until this term is agreed upon.
Communities are becoming more comfortable making pick-up/drop-off arrangements, and if agreeable to both buyer and seller, this may be a convenient delivery option. If a government restriction or other development related to COVID-19 arises between the time seller accepts the offer and delivery of the item, which makes the original delivery plan impossible, seller shall be responsible for mail/delivery expenses.
If you cannot safely reach a shipping location/post office, we recommend contacting UPS, FedEx or the USPS as appropriate to schedule a pickup from your location.
